Very Enlightening Report

More

This report is spellbinding:

Its good to know that theres going to be properties for the elderly on site but I love the next line:

A Boules Court is also proposed as the applicant considers it to be a valuable asset to the Kennet Island Development and it is anticipated that the space will contribute to the overall cultural strategy for the development and provide an alternative leisure activity for residents of all ages

I also wonder where Block R will be? A poidium deck above a car park?

This reports also refers to Parking:

Phase 1 has 428 residential units and 497 Parking spaces - an average of 1.16 spaces per property
Phase 2 (Affordable Housing under construction) will have 80 units and 102 parking spaces - an average of 1.28 spaces per property.  So affordable dwellings are more likely to have guests then?

And then reports that they carried out a parking survey said all houses have 1 car per household!
